BEQUESTS

All bequests and legacies are greatly appreciated and are of enormous value in assisting the continuance of our work in helping your colleagues. Your generosity lives on by making a bequest either from your total estate or the residual value of the estate when all debts are paid.

To complete a bequest, please insert the relevant paragraph when preparing your will.

PECUNIARY BEQUEST

I give to the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund of Laurel House, Robinhood Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, the sum of € for the general purposes of the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund and I declare that the receipt of its Treasurer or other proper officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors.

RESIDUARY BEQUEST

Subject to the payment of my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give the whole / % of my estate not otherwise disposed of this my will to the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund of Laurel House, Robinhood Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of its Treasurer or other proper officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executors.

TAX INFORMATION

Government legislation enables us to claim further tax relief on donations including Standing Orders over €250 made by PAYE workers. In order that we can claim the grossed up amount of tax associated with the donation. An individual PAYE donor must complete an Appropriate Certificate www.revenue.ie, and forward it to the IGBF:

CORPORATE DONATIONS
